Glengarry Glen Ross (1992)
Gods and Monsters (1998)
Goodfellas (1990)
JFK (1991)
L.A. Confidential (1997)
Malcolm X (1992)
The Player (1992)
Pulp Fiction (1994)
Quiz Show (1994)
Rushmore (1998)
Short Cuts (1993)
The Silence of the Lambs (1991)
The Usual Suspects (1995)

I never got to finish "Fargo," as I ended up making out for the rest of it, haha.

I am totally obsessed with "Silence of the Lambs," and "Rushmore" is the ultimate classic. Great list!!!

Agreed, great list. Especially the love for Malcolm X. Arguably the most overlooked movie of the decade. I mean, Denzel WAS Malcolm. And Spike's really done nothing approaching that level since, which makes it doubly significant.
I would include Schindler's List and Braveheart in my top ten.

Great list--thanks for sharing. I just rewatched Rushmore a few months ago and it may be time to go back and revisit Fargo too. If you had a subcatagory for films from the 90s that take place in the midwest that are excellent I would have to add "Election" -- I think it was filmed around my hometown, Omaha. It was actually kinda scary to me. . .

Oh, ya, ya, I, too, found Fargo to be a remarkably good movie. Certainly a good list of movies.
